Club Member Snapshot

Our members are the heart and soul of our club— everything we do is for them and thanks to them! We already provide our members with SIV benefits, fun events, comradery, and a community of like-minded people they can rely on. But there’s one more thing we can do that helps make our members feel noticed and valued: publishing a regular Member Snapshot.

A Member Snapshot is a brief profile we publish about one of our members to introduce them to the rest of the club, highlight their accomplishments, and thank them for being a member.

Member Snapshots are a great way to show appreciation for our members and help them get to know each other.

What cars have you owned through your life?

I have owned numerous cars in my life-time growing up in the era of Australian muscle cars of the 70,s and 80’s.

My first car was an XY Falcon
HK Monaro 186S

GT Falcons
HQ Panel Van

My favorite car was my Bronze HZ Sandman Panel Van which I bought new. So many great memories of friends and good times.

My daily driver is a Mitsubishi Triton.

No current project but always on the lookout.

List one thing that you like about being a KOAGC member?

The best thing about Kustom of Australia Gold Coast, is the members they are a fantastic bunch of people. We are like minded, more and more of a social club with a car hobby than a car club.

Do you have any tips for new members?

My tip for new members is to get involved. Meet with the members join in, we are very welcoming, Don’t hide in the shadows. We are all car guys and girls and enjoy the social aspect of the motor scene.
